Sadie is ONE

Today is Sadie's first birthday! I can't believe we've had her for 10 months. When we got her she weighed just 10 pounds and now she is around 55 pounds. Truth be told, she was a little terror when we first got her, but she has grown into such a good puppy. I could not imagine our lives without her.

We love you Sadie girl! You mean so much to us and bring us so much joy! Happy Birthday sweet girl!

Dad's Birthday

We went out to my parents house Sunday to celebrate Dad's birthday. Aaron and Jessica came out as well. We had salad, baked potatoes and steak for dinner and then Mom made a german chocolate cake for dessert.

Dad was having a hard time reading Aaron's writing in the card he gave him.

Aaron got Dad a gift card to Best Buy.

Stephen and I got him an itunes gift card and some golf balls.

We had a wonderful night with everyone! Lots of laughter!
Happy Birthday Dad! We all love you so much!

Precious!

We went to see Little Robbie again on Sunday morning. He got out of the NICU on Saturday and was doing great! He was so sweet and adorable! I got to hold him, change him, feed and burp him, and I loved every second of it! I simply can not wait to have a little bundle of my own!

I love this picture of him holding Stephen's finger. So sweet!

He made the cutest sounds as he slept. He was just cooing and looked so peaceful.

Starting to get upset

Now he's really upset.

That's better.

I think he was tired of our photoshoot.

I can't resist these fingers. So tiny.

Simply perfect!

Robert Edward Frechette, III

Our new nephew was born this morning. Robert Edward Frechette, III was born at 9:18 on March 26, 2010. He had to go to the NICU and be intubated, but otherwise was in wonderful health. Stephen and I went to see him tonight and we got there around 7:30 and he was completely off oxygen. He is so adorable! I can't wait to hold him!

Father and son:

So sweet!

He weighed 7 pounds 11 ounces

These tiny toes are so precious:

His tiny fingers are so cute:

Trying to hold Uncle Stephen's finger:

30 Years

Today my parents have been married for 30 years! Not only are they great parents, but they have shown my brother and I what a healthy, happy marriage is. We are so lucky to have them to look up to.

Happy Anniversary Mom and Dad! Here's to another 30 years!

South Pacific

Saturday afternoon I went to see South Pacific with my parents and Roslyn. We had great seats at the front of the mezzanine. Surprisingly, I didn't know anything about South Pacific and I loved the play. It was wonderful! I can't wait to get the soundtrack!
After the show, we went to Taste of Texas for dinner. It was fabulous! We all had steak of course and it was great!
Since we were celebrating Mom and Dad's anniversary, they brought them dessert with a sparkler.
Roslyn and I split the snickers pie. It was heavenly!!
We had such a fun afternoon and evening!!

Houston Rodeo- Gary Allan

We went to see Gary Allan with Daniel, April, Landon and Dan Smithwick. It was Landon's first rodeo, so we got there a little early so we could shop and walk around the livestock show before the rodeo. Landon got his first cowboy hat and loved looking at the animals. We had dinner at Papppasitos before we went into the rodeo, which was great and so much better than the food inside! I brought my "good" camera this time and I was really happy with the pictures I got. The concert was so good! Gary Allan was wonderful and has so many great songs! We had such a fun night and were so glad Landon came. It makes Stephen and I look forward to taking our kids to the rodeo one day. Landon loves Stephen and Stephen loves Landon. Landon would grab Stephens hand while they were walking- it was so cute! And then walking out to the car afterwards, Stephen carried Landon on his shoulders, which Landon loved and I know Stephen did as well!
