13 Weeks

I am 13 weeks! I am officially out of the first trimester!

Pregnancy Highlights:

How Far Along: 13 Weeks
Size of baby: The size of a peach
Total Weight Gain/Loss: Lost 4 pounds
Maternity Clothes: None yet, I got a belly band at Target and have been wearing it with my jeans, but mainly I wear leggings as much as possible.
Gender: Don't know
Movement: None yet
Sleep: I've been sleeping good.
What I miss: Nothing really this week.
Cravings: Italian. Food I used to LOVE like Mexican and any sweets just don't sound good. Actually most food doesn't sound good, but when I am hungry, I usually want Italian.
Symptoms: Mainly just gagging. I dread brushing my teeth.
Best Moment this week: Spending the weekend in Palestine!

Cold weekend in Palestine

We hadn't been up to the ranch with our family in a year and a half, so we decided to go one weekend. We took off Friday so we drove up Thursday night. It was super cold all weekend so we didn't do much, but Friday evening the sunset was so gorgeous we got out a little.

I love this picture of Sadie. She sits so well for pictures! Let's hope our kids are the same!!

Shelley, Mike and the boys got in Friday night and we all had a great weekend together! We mostly hung out inside by the fire, talked, and watched movies. Saturday we got out for just a little bit and rode around. I had to go super slow because of the baby, but it was nice to get out for a little while.

12 Weeks

I am 12 weeks! This is my last week of my first trimester. I can't believe it!

Sleep: I've been sleeping good.
What I miss: Nothing really this week.

Symptoms: Some tiredness, but this is getting much better! This week I started gagging really badly. Brushing my teeth is awful!! I dread it! And strong smells make me gag.
Best Moment this week: Spending the day Sunday with my family and looking at a reception place for Aaron and Jessica and then going to Chuy's for Mom's birthday. We had a lot of fun together!

11 Weeks

I am 11 weeks!

Total Weight Gain/Loss: Lost 4 pounds. I have been slightly nauseous and food just doesn't sound good at all. But I am getting my appetite back so that is good!

Maternity Clothes: None yet, I got a belly band at Target and have been wearing it with my jeans, but mainly I wear leggings as much as possible.

Movement: None yet

Sleep: I've been sleeping good.

What I miss: This week I am dearly missing my heated seats!! It has been so cold!!

Cravings: Italian. Food I used to LOVE like Mexican and any sweets just don't sound good. Actually most food doesn't sound good, but when I am hungry, I usually want Italian.

Symptoms: Tiredness

Best Moment this week: Seeing Baby P on ultrasound! It was amazing!!

10 Week Ultrasound

Friday we had a doctors appointment and we had an ultrasound! It was amazing to see the baby! Our last ultrasound was at 6 weeks and you couldn't see anything. The baby looked like a blob. This time; however, we could see the head, body, arm and leg buds! It was so amazing! We got to see the baby move around and he/she was moving like crazy!

We also got to hear the heartbeat which was amazing! Dr. Bruce said the heartbeat was slow so if you believe in old wives tales, that means a boy! We will find out for sure at 18 weeks! I can't wait!

I feel so blessed to have this little baby inside me! It is still hard to believe at times. We are so blessed!

10 weeks

I am 10 weeks! I have a doctor appointment Friday and we will have an ultrasound. I can't wait to see the baby again!

Symptoms: Still just tiredness and cramping. I seem to be having more cramps lately.

New Years Eve

We had a party this year at our house for New Years Eve. I didn't take a lot of pictures, I was pretty tired all night! But I did get a few of the fireworks.

David and Clarissa, Heather and Russell, Aaron, Pablo, Giovanna and Jason, and Justin all came over and we had a blast! The guys somehow stayed up until 5:30 am!!!! The girls were asleep way before that!
