Stephen's 29th Birthday

Today is Stephen's 29th birthday! His last year in his twenties and what a year it will be!

We went over to Steve and Nancy's for a party. We had a lot of fun together as usual! I haven't been in the picture taking mood lately and only took this picture of his birthday. I feel bad that I didn't even get a picture of him.



This weekend he is going to Lake Charles with his buddies for some gambling and golf. Sadie and I will miss him!!

26 Weeks

I am 26 weeks today! I had a doctors appointment this morning and also had to do my glucose test. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Now I am just hoping for good results! My appointment with Dr. Bruce went good. She listened to Stephen's heartbeat and it was good. While I don't necessarily like going every two weeks, I do like going and being able to hear his hertbeat and make sure everything is ok. I didn't feel him move much this week so I was getting nervous! But all is ok and I am so thankful!


How Far Along: 26 weeks
Size of baby: The size of an english cucumber
Total Weight Gain/Loss: Lost 2 pounds
Maternity Clothes: I wear both. I love my maternity jeans- so comfy!!
Gender: BOY!!!
Movement: Yes, but this week I didn't feel him as much
Sleep: Good
What I miss: Nothing really
Cravings: Nothing really
Symptoms: Heartburn
Best Moment this week: Getting my glucose test over with and hearing the babies heartbeat!

Easter

We spent Easter at Mom and Dad's this year. Mamaw and Papaw came Thursday evening, Aunt Linette came Saturday evening, and Stephen, Aaron and I all came out Sunday morning.

Papaw and Dad entertained us while Mom was getting lunch ready. It was gret hearing them play!

Mom made a wonderful lunch! We had ham, peas and asparagus, macaroni and cheese, corn casserole, coke salad, fruit salad and rolls. It was all so good!

After lunch it was time for the Easter egg hunt!

Aunt Linette took Jim his on Saturday and he won $21!! So he was the big winner. Papaw won $10, and the rest of us won between $1-4. I would say it was a successful egg hunt!

25 Weeks

I am 25 weeks! I feel huge right now! Although, Friday I was getting my haircut and my hairdresser was shocked that I was even pregnant, but really shocked that I was 6 months! Really!?! I was shocked that she was shocked- lol!! Do I look that fat, I mean come on!

Size of baby: The size of a rutabaga (I have no clue what this is!!)
Total Weight Gain/Loss: Lost 3 pounds
Maternity Clothes: I wear both. I love my maternity jeans- so comfy!!
Gender: BOY!!!
Movement: Yes, I feel him fluttering around all the time
Sleep: Very good other than getting up to go to the bathroom a few times a night. I get excited when I wake up around 6 and it is my first time up all night- lol!! I rarely make it past 6am though.
What I miss: Nothing really
Cravings: Nothing really, although I have gotten my appetite back.
Symptoms: Heartburn
Best Moment this week: Deciding on the bedding. I can't wait to get it in.

Madison's Birthday

Sunday we met Alisa, Zach, Madison, Annette and Jim for lunch to celebrate Madison's birthday. She turned 15! I can't believe it!!

She had already opened her presents from everyone else, so she just had ours to open.

We got her some fun stuff from Bath and Body Works.

Happy Birthday Madison!! We love you sweet girl!

We finally decided and made it official. Our baby boy is going to be a third.

24 Weeks

I am 24 weeks today! That is 6 months! I can't believe I am this far along. Our baby boy is going to be here before we know it!

I had a doctors appointment today that went well. She listened to the heartbeat and measured me. I have appointments every two weeks now. At my next appointment I have to do my glucose test. I hope that goes well!
