We had our second annual Superbowl party at our house tonight. The Saints and the Colts were playing and the Saints came out on top. We had a great time with Aaron, Lindsay, Pablo, Brian, Adam, Jess, Heather, and Russell.
I made football brownies, chicken enchilada roll ups, meatballs, ranch dip, hummus, veggies, and chips. Pablo brought guacamole and Brian brought southwest eggrolls and chips and dips from Two Rows. The brownies, chicken enchilda roll ups, meatballs, southwest eggrolls and guacamole were a hit!
I was having problems with my pictures tonight with the light in the house. They are either blurry or yellowish orange. But alas, at least I documented the night.
