These pictures are from the end of July!!! Oh my goodness I am behind!
Headed to the pool. He looks so big here!

Our neighborhood has such a great pools. At one pool, there is a toddler area that is shallow and has a beach entry, a frog slide and buckets that dump out water. There is also a big, regular pool attached to it. When we first started going to this pool at the beginning of the summer, Stephen wasn't so sure about this part. He would just stand still in the pool. So I ended up taking him over to the regular part of the pool and he and I would swim over there. We started going to another pool in the neighborhood and it helped him feel more confident, so when we went back to the frog pool, he loved the toddler area.
He brought a ball and some dive rings and had so much fun with them.

I couldn't take a picture of it, but he also started loving the frog slide. In the beginning of the summer, he always wanted to do it but would get up there and be scared and come back down. When we went this day, he went right up and without hesitating slid down. I was so proud of him! He went probably 20 times in a row.
Stephen (my husband) hates public pools with a passion. This is ok because his dad has a pool so we go swimming together over there, but I really wanted him to see Stephen slide down the frog slide at our neighborhood pool. I am so proud of how confident he has become in the water this summer.
I also wanted to get some pictures of him sliding down it and I couldn't do that if I took him by myself because he need someone to help him up. After he slides, he just sits at the bottom and won't stand up until you help him.

Here is a video of him sliding:
