A better day

Today was much better than yesterday! I got up and fed Stephen at 7 and then changed and dressed him. Then we just sat together. He was in such a happy mood! At 8, I swaddled him and then rocked him to sleep. What a way to start my day! At lunch I went down and he had eaten and played and was tired so I swaddled him and rocked him back to sleep. It was the best lunch break I've ever had! Then at 4:30 he was asleep, but woke up soon after. I fed and changed him and then he played for a while. He then fell asleep in my arms and I just held him for a long time until I had to get up to eat dinner and pump. I am so happy today was better than yesterday!

Here is Stephen playing. The second shot is the reason I always put down burp cloths under him while he is playing. You just never know when he is going to spit up everywhere!

I also took two videos of him. You are going to have to ignore my annoying voice in both- sorry!

On this first video he had just been smiling and talking to me and I so desperately want to get this on camera. But as soon as I get the camera he is done. So he doesn't smile or laugh in this video but he is chewing on his hands and I still thought it was super cute. Again, ignore annoying "baby" voice and focus on cute baby!



The next video is him doing tummy time on the boppy. He is so good with his head control!
