Mother's Day

Stephen and I are blessed beyond words to have such great Moms. We don't always show our appreciation, but we are grateful everyday for these women. As I grow older, I become increasingly thankful for my own mother and everything she did for me as a child and still does for me today. I can't wait for the day that I become a mother!

This year for Mother's Day, Nancy was in Palestine so we did not get to see her. Stephen got off work early Saturday night, so we met Annette and Jim at PF Changs for dinner. We had a great night with them! I was in a rush to get out of the door and forgot my camera- ahhhh!! But that's ok, Stephen would have been irritated to take pictures in a public place. He has no idea what is in store for him once we have children, my photo obsession is just beginning!!

Sunday, we went over to my parents house with Aaron and Jessica. We played ladder golf, which Roslyn graciously got us, and it was a lot of fun. We traded teams around every other game and decided Aaron was the common denominator for the winning teams.

We went in and Mom opened her presents. Aaron got her a new iPhone case and we got her a iTunes gift card so she could buy the South Pacific soundtrack.

Dinner was brisket, hashbrown casserole and beans. It was so good!!!

I just had to document this. This is typical Aaron, a plate full of meat, picking off the fat. Sometimes he will add a roll or two, but not tonight. Just meat!

Mom started to do the dishes as we all cleared the table, but Aaron stopped her and finished them himself!

Happy Mother's Day to all of our Mom's! We love you!
