Melt just a little bit of butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Slice one red bell pepper, one green bell pepper and one onion and add to skillet.
Cook until tender and remove from skillet.
While the vegetables are cooking, cut up chicken breasts into slices and season with cumin, garlic powder, salt and pepper. For 2 chicken breasts I used 2 tsp of cumin and garlic powder and cracked fresh pepper and salt.
Add chicken to skillet and cook, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through. Add the vegetables back into the pan to warm.
Serve immediately.
We had ours with avocado, sour cream and cheese. Yummy!
I expected these to be good, but they were excellent, just as good as a restaurant!
