Izabella Grace

Our great niece, Izabella Grace, was born on Thursday March 22nd at 4:32 pm, weighing 7 pounds 2 ounces. She is just precious and Brook did a great job during labor.

Lots of hair!

She was delivered at Clear Lake hospital and they covered the windows where they give the babies their baths, so we didn't get to see her first bath :(. As they were taking her in, the nurse told Mary to pick her up so I could take some pictures. I love these pictures of Mary and Izabella!

You may be able to tell from the pictures that Izabella has a small cleft lip and palate. It is very minor and she will probably have a surgery at 3 months to fix her lip and then again at 10 months to fix her palate. She is doing wonderful though and breastfeeding great!

We are so happy Izabella is finally here! She is perfect and beautiful! Congratulations Brook!
