The Park

After taking bluebonnet pictures, we went to the park before heading home for the night.

This slide is so scary and I couldn't believe Stephen made him go down it.  It's hard to tell in these pictures but it goes straight down and is super tall.  It reminds me of the water slides that go straight down and you look like you come off the slide.  I didn't get any good pictures because I was telling Stephen that I did not want him to do this.  And he was telling me it was going to be fine.



When he finally went down, I think he did come off the slide a little and had the most terrified look on his face.  It was so scary and I was so mad at Stephen for insisting he do it.  He is only 1 1/2 for crying out loud!


Stephen hates the "baby" swings at the park and always wants to swing on the big swings.  We have held him a few times and swung with him, but today we let him try it all by himself.  He did SO good.  He held on so tight and loved every minute of it.  Needless to say, he is never getting back in a "baby" swing!

















I wish I had video of this.  Stephen was looking through these holes and Stephen was cracking up!  He thought it was hilarious!
