Wow, what a week! Pregnancy can be really stressful and worrisome. It's hard not to see your baby and hold them and know that they are ok. I really want to enjoy being pregnant, but I REALLY just want to be holding my baby right now. Every time I feel a little kick I think it is the baby telling me, "everything is ok Mom, just relax".
I know that God has a plan for all of our lives. This week when all I wanted to pray for was a healthy baby (I did still pray for a healthy baby), I spent a lot of time thanking God. Thanking him for my wonderful husband who is my rock, our two year old who lights up our life, for this baby growing inside me, and for our wonderful and supportive family.
In November of last year after a few very hard weeks, I wrote a quote on our chalkboard in the kitchen that is still there today:
Always believe that something wonderful is about to happen.
So we are not going to worry anymore and analyze statistics and "what-ifs". We are going to enjoy this day and celebrate this new life that God has so graciously given us.

I found that when I thanked God for everything I have, it made everything I have enough. It made me appreciate this day we have right now. None of us are promised tomorrow and since October we have truly learned that one phone call can change your life. Make the most of today and be grateful for everything you do have.

I wanted to share one of my favorite songs with y'all. I have loved this song for years and listen to it often, but this week it brought new meaning to me.
