I sent valentine cards to all of Stephen's grandparents and great grandparents. I made them through tinyprints.com and they turned out SO cute and they all loved them! I also made Stephen one.
It was so neat how you could customize them for each person and they mailed them directly to that person for me! So wonderful!
It was so special to have two valentines this year. Here is my little heartthrob before he went to bed. I love this little boy so much!
After Stephen went to bed, we had a wonderful dinner! Seriously, this meal was SO good! We grilled steaks (Stephen had a strip and I had a filet) and had homemade mac and cheese, fresh green beans, and garlic bread. I also made brownies.
This mac and cheese is SO good!! It was the first time I made it and we both loved it. It is very rich and we won't make it often, because it is so not good for you. Stephen surprised me and brought home chocolate covered strawberries from Pappasitos. They usually have the most amazing chocolate covered strawberries, but this year they were just ok. But, I appreciate the thought Stephen put into getting them for me because he knows I love them.
Although our meal was delicious, it was a lot of work to make and after cleaning up the kitchen we were exhausted! We sat down and watched Parenthood and then both fell asleep watching Hawaii 5-0. Very excited end to our valentines day- haha!
