Playing outside

Thursday afternoon, Stephen and I played outside for a long time!  It was a beautiful day and we had a lot of fun playing.

It is hard to get a picture of his face when we are outside.  He is constantly on the move, so most of my pictures look like this:

I'm not quite sure what he was trying to tell me here:

Heck with pulling and pushing this thing around, I'm just going to pick it while walking up the sidewalk.  That will for sure give my mom a heart attack while she is back there taking pictures.

I got this mom, you just keep taking pictures!

There we go, the perfect spot!

Our neighbors have a ball, aka pumpkin, by their door and he was doing his best to convince me that he needed the ball.

Happy boy!

This looks like a good place to take a break:

These next two pictures accurately show how he was the whole time we were outside.  So happy!!

He loves walking in our side yard.  He will just walk into it and walk around for a minute and then walk out.  He does this almost every time we are outside.

Here is a video I took. It is so cute! Make sure your volume is up so you can hear him.

These last three are from my cell phone.  He was looking up at an airplane.

And this is what happened when I told him it was time to go inside for dinner:

I picked him up and his body went limp and he started screaming!  Once inside, he laid down by the front door and cried the whole time I made dinner.  He had been outside from 3:30-4:30 with Blessing and from 4:30-5:30 with me.  2 hours was plenty of time outside!  I would say this was the worst tantrum we have had yet.  I just ignored it and he finally came into the kitchen happy as could be and ate dinner.
