So, I really didn't feel like getting my big camera out all week, so I didn't! I took a bunch of pictures on my phone, but just didn't want to mess with the big camera because sometimes it gets in the way of living life, you know? But I do have a ton of pictures for you and even though they are not the best quality, I hope you enjoy them.
I sent Stephen these pictures and said, "I don't know what is wrong. He has been like this for 15 minutes." And if you know Stephen, you know he is hardly ever like this. Even if he is upset, it's never for more than a few minutes. I was hoping a bath would make him feel better, but he kept crying. My poor baby, I felt so bad for him.

And as soon as I hit send on my texts to Stephen I heard some air bubbles in the water and had a giggly little boy who was happy again.

He was clapping in the picture below which is why his hands look a little crazy!

My clean baby!

We ran up to Hobby Lobby one night and Stephen was being so funny! He was in such a silly mood and had so much fun together.
We passed a little Christmas crafts display and he wanted to hold everything, so I let him hold these door hangers. After holding them for a few minutes, he held them up to his face and started looking out of the hole and laughing. He is so funny!

Then I started laughing because it was so funny and cute which made him laugh even harder!

He also wanted to hold some bells. I know all of the other shoppers appreciated his "jingle"- haha! We went down the regular craft isle and they had these foam hats you can decorate. I put one on him and he loved it! He had his referee bib on and the hat really made him look like a referee!

The whole reason we came to Hob Lob was for this embroidery hoop. Once I picked it up, he wanted it and after I handed it to him, he put it over his head. He thought this was hilarious!

I really should have taken some video while we were there. Who knew Hob Lob could be so fun!!
I painted my nails red this week. I love a red manicure in December! I probably should have filed them better, but oh well, a manicurist I am not!

Saturday morning we went to the Childrens Museum. We are members and on the second Saturday of the month, members can get in an hour before the general public, so we took advantage of that. It was so nice, because no one was there! This area is usually packed, but there were only two other families there.

We have never explored this area because the big kids are always here and its always so crowded that Stephen would get trampled, but since there was no one around I just let him walk around and explore for a while. They had two bigs cars that he was enthralled with, but every time I put him up in them he got scared and wanted out. But as soon as I would take him out, he wanted back in. Silly boy!

The grocery store is always packed, but there was only one other little girl in there so we went in. He loved being able to touch the food.

I love this picture! It's like he is so happy and just doesn't know what to do next!

He was showing me the "ball".

Showing me his carrot.

After a while we headed up to the toddler area. He went straight to the cars.

It was so fun to watch him because he really "got" things this time and knew how they worked and what to do with them. Every other time we have been we have had to show him how things work and even then he didn't really care. But this time, he would walk over to an activity and just know what to do.

He loved playing with the tea set. He would stack all the cups together and be so proud of himself.

After we played inside for a while, he saw everything outside and wanted to go out there.

He had a hard time with these cars. His foot would get stuck under the car when he was trying to go forward. He can go backwards pretty good though.

He loved these little tri cycles. They were the perfect height for him and he could even get on and off all by himself.

After about 2 1/2 hours, he was exhausted, so we went back home for lunch and a nap.
Stephen went in to work that morning and came home while Stephen was napping. We are trying to find some bedroom furniture, so we decided to go out to Gallery Furniture to see what they had since we had never been there before. They have monkeys! Who knew?

Stephen loved looking at them!

We stopped by Highland Village to go to Pottery Barn Kids and Pottery Barn. I love the lights in Highland Village!

Sunday morning I worked on Christmas Cards. Here's a sneak peak:

Sorry, you will have to wait to get your in the mail to see the whole thing! You should get them this week.
Then we went up to the gameroom and put up the tree. I thought Stephen would be very interested in it, but he really didn't care. He just played with his toys. I still didn't put any ornaments on the bottom, just in case.

Sunday afternoon, we went to see Aaron and Janna's new baby Harrison and to take them dinner. They have a 2 1/2 year old, Christian, and Stephen was the exact same size as him. Same height and probably a little bit bigger weight wise and he is only 16 months!! I keep thinking he is going to be the kid in little league that all of the parents are going dispute his age! Our big boy!

He had a lot of fun playing with Christian and would just follow him around.
Here is sweet Harrison! He is a week and a half old.

Whew! And that was our whole week! I'm ready for a weekend- haha!
