Sunday was a gloomy day and they were predicting bad storms. We decided that morning that since it wasn't raining yet we would take Stephen to the park since we may not be able to go outside later. We went to the park that Stephen and I had gone to the week before while Stephen was at the Superbowl party.

I'm going to go this way, ok Dad?

It was so much better having Stephen with me! Where Stephen is standing is the place that Stephen almost baked out of and fell last weekend.

It started raining on us, so we had to leave. We went to the grocery store and then back home for lunch and naps. And by naps, I mean we all took a nap! It was just one of those days!
Later that afternoon it wasn't raining, so we decided to go to some other parks in our neighborhood. One thing I love about our neighborhood is the amount of parks. There are over 10 parks in addition to 5 pools, tennis courts, little league fields, a horse barn and more! It is a great place to raise a family!
This park wasn't as good for him, but they had these animals to ride on which he liked.

That park does have a big field next to it and then there are tennis courts. He ran all around the field and then went to check out the tennis players.
We left and went to one more park. It definitely wasn't good for him, but having Daddy with us helped and he ended up having a ton of fun here!

He loved this slide! He went down it probably 10 times!

I couldn't get a good picture because he would laugh and be so excited every time he went down.

He was so tired when we got home! We had dinner and a bath and then he laid with Daddy for a while. You know he is tired when he will sit with you and be still.

Even though it was gloomy and rainy all day, it was a great Sunday with my family!
