Since Stephen has started school he has become more obsessed with his paci and blankie. He has a blankie and paci at school for nap time only, but wants to bring them home each night. Since he has been doing that, he wants to take them everywhere. He used to never take them out of his room and we would never let him have his paci unless he was sleeping. He now begs for his paci if he knows I have it. We are going to have to have a major paci intervention soon and I am dreading it!!!
Last Friday after school, he knew I had his paci and blankie in my purse and when we were on our way home from the park, he was crying and begging for them, so I finally gave in. I know I should be more firm about the paci, but I just couldn't stand the crying anymore.
I went to take his picture at a stop light and he put his hand up and said "Bo", which means No.
But then I snuck one without his hand up.
