Cell phone pics and videos

** This post refers to the week of Oct 15-19th.  I appologize for being so far behind.  It has been a rough few weeks around here. **

Monday night Stephen was being so cute in the bath tub:







Do you see the red dot on his hand in the first bath picture? That was there Monday morning and it just looked like a small mosquito bite. I noticed it Monday morning and it didn't change all day. Tuesday morning his hand was huge and swollen:



I was so afraid something was very wrong! I worried about staph. I decided to hold off on calling the doctor and wait and see how it was at lunch. It was a little bit better at lunch so I decided to wit until I got off work. It was about the same but now it was really hot to the touch. I called my mom and she told me to put some benadryl gel on it and just wait until the morning since he didn't have a fever or anything. Moms always have the best advice, don't they? Thankfully, Wednesday morning, the swelling was gone and it just looked like a small bite again. I was so thankful!! I am definitely a worry wart. I'm not sure I will make it through the teenage years!!

He has been obsessed with this hat all week and he puts it on himself backwards. So cute!







I didn't take a lot of pictures this week, but I did take a lot of videos.



When Stephen worked at the Lexus store, he didn't have to be into work until later, so he got Stephen up every morning and spent some time with him.  At his new job, he has to be there at 7, so he doesn't get to do that anymore.  So, thanks to modern technology with facetime with him regularly.  Because of this Stephen likes to see himself on camera like he does when we facetime.  At the end of the above video you can see him trying to see the screen.

So, I turned the camera around and took another video of him.  This week he has been singing mama and it is the sweetest thing so I was trying to get it on video.





He loves to blow on all of his food.  I love when he starts blowing on his peas in this video:



Here he is singing mama.  He has also been pointing to himself when he says mama or dada, which we realized is probably because we point to ourselves when we say mama or dada so he is just copying us. And one last thing about this next video.  At the end he is waving because he thinks we are talking to daddy.  When we facetime we waves to himself and daddy just like this.
