Since it's the middle of August, I figured it was time to get caught up on July's cell phone pictures.
Stephen loves hitting his golf balls under the couch. Uncle Aaron suggested we put cups under the couch so he could hit them in the cups.
He thought he was so funny sitting in the doll stroller.
One night we were outside grilling burgers and Stephen wanted to run through the sprinklers.
He waited and waited and waited and then finally went.
And he did not like it! Haha!
One Saturday he woke up from his nap not feeling good. We hung out and watched Toy Story 3.
Relaxing with both of my boys and diffusing some essential oils to make Stephen feel better.
Our backyard is so nice in the early evening, so one night we had a picnic.
I had a low key birthday this year. All of our family was out of town, so we went to Ikea in the morning, hung out at home all day, and then had dinner at PF Changs.
We had a ton of stuff to get done around our house and it is so hard to find the time to do it with Stephen around. My parents offered to watch him one weekend for us so we could work on the nursery. They sent us these pictures:
We were SO thankful for their help!! Stephen and I were able to get a ton done around our house. Stephen had such a good time with my parents. Sunday night when we were putting him to bed, he was whining and kept saying, "me miss Yaya".
One afternoon Stephen was playing and happened to see a pacifier under my chair. He hasn't had a paci in a few months. His face lit up and he ran over and got it. He immediately put it in his mouth, but you could tell he didn't really like it. I quickly took it from him and then distracted him while I hid it. Giving up his paci was hard on him, so I was worried, but he never mentioned it again.
One Wednesday afternoon when Stephen was home, Stephen was still sleeping at 4. Stephen went to wake him up and took these pictures. So sweet!
He loves building houses and castles with his Magna tiles.
