Stephen was off Saturday so we decided to head down to the Children's Museum.
We stopped at the grocery store first. Stephen usually doesn't stay long in here, but he always wants to stop here first for a while.

Daddy showing him how to hold both handles together:

Tossing an onion in:

Then he headed to the checkout station to ring up his groceries.

He was having a blast with these cards, but we had to cut it short because he was taking them all out and throwing them everywhere. It was quickly becoming a huge mess!

We headed up to the Tot Spot and he went straight to the car, as usual.

He loves the cars!

Filling it up with gas.

He also loves this tea set. Every time we come to the Children's Museum I am amazed at how different he is than the last time. Of course some things don't change, like his love of the cars, but he has never used the tea set properly. He used to stack the cups, etc. Today he went right in (it's set up in a little house) and started pouring tea into glasses.

He also loves these doors.

Back to the cars! You can see how happy he is!

The Tot Spot gets crazy really fast on Saturdays. There are so many adults and kids and it just gets crazy! Stephen was getting a little bored anyway so we went downstairs for a while.
He started pulling on this handle and it was really hard it weighs 5 pounds).

But that wasn't stopping him! He got some leverage and made it work! Bam Bam!!

The cars in the Tot Spot and the golf ball room may tie for Stephen's favorite thing to do. Last time we were here he just kind of threw the balls everywhere, but this time he did so good and really loved everything in this room!

He is laughing/ screaming in delight here!

Here is a video:

He did not like this!

Then we went outside to play.

They are waiting for the water to fill up to race their boat.

Stephen loves to show Stephen how things work and Stephen loves it! Was that too many Stephen's for one sentence- haha! But it was so sweet to watch them today and Stephen is so patient with him. I am so glad he got to come with us today!

They had a human maze set up that we have never seen before so the boys tried it.

Stephen didn't help Stephen at all and we walked right through it with no trouble.

I'm not sure how much of a "maze" it was, but he walked out like, "what was the point of that?" Haha! Pretty sure he's a genius!

It was such a fun day and I am SO glad Stephen went with us!
We went home and Stephen took a nap, while I went shopping and Stephen relaxed.
He got to open an early birthday card from Mamaw Edds. He loved his card and looked at it a long time! Thank you Mamaw!!

Later that night Blessing came over to watch Stephen while we went to a friends couples shower at a Capitol Bar. It was a really fun night with friends!
