We had a relaxing Fourth of July this year. Stephen was off, which was wonderful!
We started out our morning at Steve and Nancy's swimming. Stephen was so cute and we had a great time! They have a step almost all the way around the pool which he loved.
When he stayed with my parents while we were on vacation, he did swimming lessons for 2 weeks. He did so good! He loves to jump to us and swim.

He had so much fun playing ball with Daddy.
He also loved throwing these dive rings and sticks. After he would throw them to Stephen he would put his arms up and say something that I couldn't understand and have never heard, but it was adorable!

The best part of his day may have been drinking from this water bottle. He seriously LOVES taking the lid off, taking a drink, and putting the lid back on. He does it over and over.
We went back home and Stephen a nap. I also took a nap and Stephen watched a movie. When Stephen woke up we went to play in the backyard, but it soon started pouring down rain. We played inside for a while and then went to meet Steve for dinner.
Waiting for Papaw:
Stephen was so happy to see Papaw! We had a great dinner with Steve and then headed home.
It was a nice, relaxing day and a great way to celebrate America's birthday.

Stephen you are swimming so great! It is so nice to see you enjoying the water and having fun. Im so proud of you and the hard work you put into your swim classes. Your teachers were asking you to try so many things that you were not used to and you still gave it your best effort. I could really tell you were trying so hard. Thank you! You are a natural fish!
